ClassMana is Moving to Premium Later This Year
Over the past year, we've been working hard to build the classroom management
tools that you and your students love. Lots of teachers use ClassMana, and it's
incredibly motivating to see the positive impact it has.
More than a thousand students have already created and customized their own
avatars, mostly at the end of the school year, which is fantastic!
We're still developing new features to make sure you get a complete and polished
experience. Towards the end of this year, ClassMana will graduate from free to
premium. The goal is to offer you a full-featured platform.
Pricing of the Premium Version
By the end of 2025, you will be able to access ClassMana's full premium
experience, packed with all the features to manage your class.
Yearly Pricing
1 teacher, up to 30 students - $65/year
1 teacher, unlimited students - $95/year
- Optional add-ons:
- $35 per extra co-teacher
Monthly Pricing
1 teacher, up to 30 students - $9/month
1 teacher, unlimited students - $13/month
- Optional add-ons:
- $5 per extra co-teacher
School Pricing
Unlimited teachers, minimum $150. - $1 per student per year
How to Order Premium
Towards the end of 2025, you will receive an email when the gates to the premium
version will open, with detailed instructions on how to place your order. You
will get a few months to upgrade your classrooms from free to premium.
Various online payment methods such as credit card and PayPal will be
available. You can also pay by invoice, if you prefer to use a Purchase Order
(PO) from your school or district.
Our top priority is to ensure a smooth transition. You won't lose access to
your classroom while your payment or PO is being processed.

We truly appreciate everyone who's joined us on this journey through the first

Global Accessibility
We believe education matters everywhere, and access to great tools shouldn't be
limited by geography or budget. Additionally, there will be reduced pricing for
teachers in countries with lower purchasing power, based on the World Bank's
classification of countries.
Which Features Will Remain Free?
All instant teacher tools will remain free. However, once you want to configure
a classroom with students, this will require premium.
The free tools include:
- Monster Battle
- Silence Challenge
- Mystery Event
- Random Student and Group Picker
- Timer & Stopwatch
Which Features Are Included in Premium?
Everything related to managing students, their points, avatars, etc. will be
part of premium.
Premium includes:
- Set up your classroom and student list
- Reward students with points (experience, levels, mana, health & gold)
- Students earn avatars and gear
- Students can use powers (class privileges)
- Team collaboration features
- Classroom tools with student names & enhanced features
No Quest System Yet
While Classcraft included a quest system, and although it provided value for
some teachers, it will not be part of ClassMana's first premium version.
We might add our own version of quests later. For now, we're focusing on the
core features that teachers need to manage their classroom and students.
