- Student Login Information: Students access ClassMana using unique tokens provided by their teachers, and we do not collect personal details such as full names or email addresses from students.
- Automatically Collected Information: We collect anonymized information on how users interact with our platform to improve our services. This may include website usage data, analytics, and error logs.
How We Use Your Information
- Providing and Improving Services: We use collected information to deliver, maintain, and enhance the functionality of ClassMana, including offering customer support and improving the user experience.
- Communication with Teachers: Upon registration, teachers are subscribed to our newsletter and may receive occasional updates, news, and promotional content. Teachers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Teachers will also receive account-related communications, such as password recovery emails.
- Ensuring Student Data Privacy: Student information, such as login tokens, is used strictly for access management and classroom functionality. We do not use student data for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Student Names: Students' full names are shortened to the first name and, if necessary, the first letter of their last name to ensure uniqueness within a classroom.
- Data Protection: Student data is kept private, and we ensure that it is only accessible to the teachers managing their classes.
Compliance with Privacy Regulations:
- GDPR: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, ensuring that personal data is collected, processed, and stored lawfully, transparently, and for specified purposes. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, and request the portability of their personal information.
- COPPA: We adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, which regulates the collection and use of information from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from students, and our platform is used under the supervision of teachers.
