Trust & Safety
ClassMana is designed with student safety as our top priority. We minimize data collection and ensure that the teacher remains in full control of the classroom experience.
- No Personal Contact Information: Students never need to provide an email address, phone number, or link a social media account to join ClassMana.
- Safe Login Mechanisms: Students log in using their first name and a student-specific login code provided by the teacher.
- Closed Environment: There is no open chat, messaging with strangers, or global forums. The classroom experience is entirely restricted to the teacher and the students in that specific class.
- No Public Profiles: Students do not create public profiles, and ClassMana only asks for the minimum information needed to participate in their teacher's class.
- No Advertisements: We do not display third-party advertisements to students.
- Appropriate Content: There is no adult content, graphic violence, or inappropriate material. ClassMana is strictly an educational tool for classroom engagement.

Web Filter Categorization
If your school district uses web filters (such as Broadcom/Symantec, Securly, or Lightspeed), ClassMana might occasionally be caught by default rules preventing access to "Games".

Purchasing & Licensing
We strive to make purchasing easy for schools and districts. We accept credit cards as well as school Purchase Orders (POs) for bulk licensing.
- Purchase Orders: If your district requires a Purchase Order, we are happy to accommodate. Please review our Purchasing a License documentation for instructions on sending POs, minimum seat requirements, and generating an invoice.
- Vendor Onboarding Forms: ClassMana is operated by Dewitters BV (Belgium, EU). See About the Vendor above for the legal entity, VAT number, and sub-processors. If your accounting department needs additional vendor onboarding forms completed, email us directly.
- Data Privacy Agreements: If your school or district requires a DPA, student data privacy addendum, or New York Education Law 2-d review, send the document to info@classmana.com.
