We understand that school IT departments and district administrators need assurance regarding student safety, data privacy, and purchasing processes. This guide provides key information to help evaluate, approve, and purchase ClassMana for your school.
Trust & Safety
ClassMana is designed with student safety as our top priority. We minimize data collection and ensure that the teacher remains in full control of the classroom experience.
- No Personal Contact Information: Students never need to provide an email address, phone number, or link a social media account to join ClassMana.
- Safe Login Mechanisms: Students log in using their name and a student-specific login code provided by the teacher.
- Closed Environment: There is no open chat, messaging with strangers, or global forums. The classroom experience is entirely restricted to the teacher and the students in that specific class.
- No Advertisements: We do not display third-party advertisements to students.
- Appropriate Content: There is no adult content, graphic violence, or inappropriate material. ClassMana is strictly an educational tool for classroom engagement.
Privacy & Security
We are transparent about how data is handled.
- Encryption: All traffic between users and ClassMana is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
- Minimal Data Storage: We solely collect the data necessary to provide our service (e.g., first names or pseudonyms of students, ClassMana progress, rewards, and classroom activity). For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Data Handling
ClassMana only asks students for the information needed to participate in the teacher's class. Students do not create their own public profiles, and they do not need email addresses or social media accounts.

Web Filter Categorization
If your school district uses web filters (such as Broadcom/Symantec, Securly, or Lightspeed), ClassMana might occasionally be caught by default rules preventing access to "Games".

Purchasing & Licensing
We strive to make purchasing easy for schools and districts. We accept credit cards as well as school Purchase Orders (POs) for bulk licensing.
- Purchase Orders: If your district requires a Purchase Order, we are happy to accommodate. Please review our Purchasing a License documentation for instructions on sending POs, minimum seat requirements, and generating an invoice.
- Vendor Onboarding Forms: ClassMana is operated by Dewitters BV, located in Belgium. If your accounting department requires vendor onboarding forms, please email us directly.
