Sub-processors

ClassMana is operated by Dewitters BV (Belgium, EU). To run the service we rely on a small number of third-party service providers, referred to as sub-processors (or subcontractors in some state laws). This page lists them so schools, districts, and IT departments can complete a vendor review without having to request the list separately.

How We Manage Sub-processors
- Processing is limited to what is needed for that sub-processor to provide its service to ClassMana.
- Sub-processors may not use student data for their own purposes, may not sell it, may not use it for targeted advertising, and may not re-identify de-identified data.
- ClassMana remains fully responsible to the educational agency for the acts and omissions of its sub-processors.
Changes to This List
This list is reviewed at least annually and updated whenever a sub-processor is added or removed.
